In this episode, I'm talking with Emmie Clare from England but has been living in Toronto, Canada for a few years now. She's a very artistic person, in fact, she's a total craft junkie and a firm believer in art as a great hobby for relaxation and restoration. Creative hobbies lowers our stress levels, helps with mental health. To that effect, during the pandemic, she started Soulcraft, to share her passion with the world as a way to help people cope with the stress during these very challenging times.
We had a fun, heart to heart conversation around a few topics, comparing living in England where she is from versus, Toronto, Canada where she has been based for the past few years, as well as what it takes to run a subscription box business and starting and building a business around your passion.
On top of that, she's got a beautiful heart as she is a heart centred entrepreneur. She's very passionate about that.
