Jacqui is passionate about empowering people by giving them the tools, techniques to develop better mental health habits and a sense of overall wellbeing. Jacqui believes that the most important relationship you will ever have in your life is with yourself and she encourages you to become an authority on yourself because she knows that’ Self-knowledge is Self-empowerment! On top of being a very passionate lady, she is also proud mum, an animal lover and a humanist who loves helping people to master their mindsets to tap into their full potential. But most importantly, she has a beautiful heart.
As a result of her tremendous life experiences, she's got loads of invaluable life lessons to share with us. We also covered a variety of fascinating and fun topics such as music and films now vs back in the 60's, 70's and 80s, travel as a school of life and the single greatest lesson I have learned after living in over 10 countries on 4 continents.
